Dost mrzutá věc obzvlášť pro notebooky. Značná část zařízení nemůže upgadovat OS, protože se výrobce už neobtěžoval pro jedenáctky udělat drivery. Takže je to buď mít starý nezabezpečený os nebo se zařízení zbavit.

Tentokrát Microsoft umožní zaplatit si další aktualizace i domácím uživatelům, to jste nevím proč nezmínil. Cena ještě nebyla zveřejněná, ale asi to nebude nic levného, navíc MS každým dalším rokem cenu dodatečné podpory ostře zvedá.
